One of the biggest ways to continue on your fitness journey or even getting started is motivation. Without the motivation it becomes a lot more difficult to create goals and reach them. The first step to gaining the motivation needed to work out is understanding the reasons for your lack of motivation. Here are some reasons you may not be motivated to workout.
Many of us have been on this Health and Fitness roller coaster ride for some time now. It really does have its ups and downs. One minute we are doing so well and the next we feel like we have completely fallen off course. It is not easy staying on track. But what I have learned during my journey is that the right support can make a huge difference. Going at this alone can make it so much easier to quit, but good friends in fitness helps to keep us going. Here are some reasons why:

Life can be super busy sometimes...ok ok who am I kidding life is pretty darn busy most of the time. This leaves me with no time to head to the gym which is one of the reasons why I started to workout at home. And hey being a homeschooling mom I can totally count this as physical education for the kids 😉...
So proud of Ali! This is out of my comfort zone as I usually don't show my belly unless it is for a pregnancy pics but I wanted to share with you all the journey God has been taking me through to get healthy and fit, so here we go.
The Picture on the left was taken before I started my fitness journey and drinking my daily Shake. While I lost a lot of weight before then, after having my 4th baby I still struggles with my stomach area and wanted to get toned and lose the belly.
It was not that I was not happy with the body that bared 4 beautiful blessings. It was more so that I knew I was not my best me. I felt very weak, barely any energy and knew I could not give 100% as a wife, mom and business owner.
