I am so excited about sharing this recipe because for many of us we live a busy life and I love easy recipes full of goodness. So, if your days are busy, you will appreciate this super simple Vegan Chocolate Protein Shake with oats. This is by far my favorite protein shake recipe!!! Since it not only helps me with my midday cravings, but it also gives me a much-needed boost of energy to continue with my day. And being a homeschooling, Mompreneur of 4, who happens to be obsessed with chocolate, this is a go to for me. Check out the recipe below and let me know what you think: -1 Scoop of your favorite Chocolate Protein Shake (I use Vegan Chocolate Shakeology)
-9 Ounces of Unsweetened Coconut Milk (or Unsweetened Almond Milk) -3 Ounces of Water -1 Tablespoon of almond butter -1/4 Cups of Organic rolled oats Directions: Blend together in a blender pour and Enjoy! 😊
