By Rosemarie As many know I am pretty sensitive to certain foods and I can’t eat much sweets, which I guess it’s a good thing because sweets are not so good anyway. But, I always have to find creative ways to satisfy my sweet tooth cravings. This Turmeric Golden Milk Tea is one way I satisfy those craving at night during my mommy time, once the kids are in bed. It is super quick and easy to make. I absolutely love it because it settles my tummy well and it also helps calm me before bed. And being someone who sometimes struggles with sleep this is something that has been so helpful. Bye, bye sleepless nights. Check out the recipe and let me know what you think… Ingredients Needed:
-1 Cup of Unsweetened Coconut Milk (or Unsweetened Almond milk) -1/2 tsp of Turmeric -1/4 tsp of cinnamon -1/8 tsp of Ginger powder -1/2 tsp of pure maple syrup -smidgen of Cayenne pepper -smidgen of black pepper Directions: Mix and heat together in a pot over medium heat. Serve and Enjoy 🙂
